We work primarily with fine merino wool, chosen for its softness, depth of color, and rich tactile quality. Alongside it, we incorporate upcycled sari silks and surplus yarns gathered from different places and backgrounds. We are drawn to contrasts in texture — soft and rough, muted and fluorescent, organic and unexpected. By layering these materials like a collage, each piece develops its own distinct surface and character.
